60th Birthday Thank you letter

It is always lovely to receive thanks from clients I have undertaken work for. I assisted with the planning and on the day decoration for a 60th Birthday party before Christmas and had a thank you letter arrive a few days ago. The theme was black and white and it sounds like it was a success all round!

Just a note to tell you how grateful I was for everything you did for my 60th Birthday party. I am very busy and if it had not been for you it would not have happened!   First of all thank you for sourcing and booking the venue and for sending the invites and collating all the replies. The room  was decorated beautifully - all the black and white decorations matched my theme perfectly. The cupcakes you sourced were delicious and beautifully decorated. The buffet was superb with much varied food.   All the comments I received after the party were positive - a good time was had by all!! So thank you once again for all your efforts.
